Our Ethos
At Alto Electrical we work hard to deliver a premium service to our loyal clientele, going above and beyond the usual expected service in the industry. Our quality of service is of the utmost importance to us and we believe that to ensure that we can offer this experience, it is essential that our team are valued and respected.

We have a work hard/play hard ethos, and we work hard to protect out company culture, making sure that only the most trustworthy, friendly and conscientious candidates join our welcoming team. Whilst the whole team is devoted to carry out their task at hand to the best of their ability, there is always plenty of times for us to socialise with our peers. With a weekly breakfast to make sure that everyone is happy with the jobs they have been allocated in the diary, to our monthly team meeting that we keep everyone up to date with how we are doing as a business, what projects are coming up on the horizon and we have an education slot to make sure that anything that has come up is covered.

Team building days can be anything from raft building with a BBQ by the lake, to tobogganing, or even a meal out, which we try to do at least twice a year.

Unlike too many companies, we put our team over maximising profit, and we know that this in turn gives us the most loyal and dedicated team that are a pleasure to work with and never leave me questioning whether I can send them out into people’s homes.
