Excellent service as always - but this time was exceptional.

From the first phone call to the work being completed was 2 hours. Cost was clearly communicated and there was no pressure.

The work was carried out cleanly and extremely efficiently.

I’ve seen a poor review here and the fact that Alto replied and offered to rectify says a great deal. Everyone makes mistakes but holding your hands up and putting things right is what puts the best above the rest.
